Description
Massetino 2024 is the expression of a dynamic and remarkably harmonious vintage, shaped by mild temperatures, ideal rainfall, summer warmth and perfectly balanced ripening conditions. Carefully harvested parcel by parcel from late August to mid-September, the grapes achieved an exceptional balance of concentration, freshness and aromatic complexity. Each parcel was vinified separately and with the utmost care before the wine matured for twelve months in barriques, 50% of which were new oak. In the glass, Massetino 2024 displays a brilliant ruby colour with violet reflections and reveals aromas of blackcurrant, red berries, Mediterranean garrigue and a delicate balsamic note. On the palate, it is supple, fresh and energetic, with beautifully integrated tannins and a precise, harmonious structure.
