The first scents of Ruinart’s NV Blanc de Blancs are floral in character, accompanied by aromas of lemon oil, spices and citrus blossoms. It’s medium-bodied and perfectly balanced on the palate, with a round, seamless texture that segues into a mouthwatering, ethereal finish. It should age well for five to eight years. 03/2024

The NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Brut comes mostly from the 2021 base vintage, where 40% reserve wine was used (about 10% more than in more productive years due to the loss of mildew pressure in the vintage). All stainless steel-fermented with full malo, it pours a bright silver/straw color, and the nose is quite appealing, with aromas of bread dough, attractive white flowers, citrus zest, and fresh lime. Easygoing and approachable, it has a chalky texture feel with a kiss of sweet fruit and is quite elegant. It’s perfect for drinking now or over the next 5-6 years. 7 grams per dosage liter.12/2024

Very fresh and clean with lemon-pith, fresh sourdough and white-apricot aromas. Hint of almond, too. Refreshing and creamy on the palate, with fine bubbles and a bright, sleek finish. 2021 base, with 38% reserve wines. Disgorged early 2024. 7g/L dosage. Drink now. 07/2024
