The 2008 Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru les Francs de Pied shows a bit of greenish notes in the nose. It's rich and complex on the palate, very firm and dense. It is somewhat austere at the moment, but very fresh, pure and precise. It has complex character and a salty aftertaste.
