Studach's 2021 Malanser Pinot Noir offers a deep, pure and fresh, spicy/slatey bouquet of red fruits and crystalline rocks. Silky, fresh and elegant on the palate, with ripe and juicy fruit structured by fine tannins and lively, crystalline acidity, this is a medium to full-bodied, linear and refreshing mineral Pinot from Malans whose finish is salivating, though still youthful. 12.9% stated alcohol. Diam cork stopper. Tasted in Zurich, February 2023. 02/2023
