The NV Brut Réserve Oubliée (2019 base) is a blend of lots aged in stainless steel and cement that spends an extra year on its lees and is then aged on cork. In this release, the Réserve Oubliée is delicate and lifted. Citrus, mineral and floral notes are sketched with a fine touch. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2024. 04/2025

The NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Réserve Oubliée is a blend of the best reserve wines from three different vessels: concrete, stainless steel and a 45-hectoliter oak vat from Franz Stockinger in Austria. The "forgotten reserve" shows a complex bouquet with bright and elegant fruit intertwined with notes of nuts, mocha and a touch of smoked speck. Aged sous liège (under natural cork), this is a very pure, fresh, fine, highly complex and energetic Champagne with a long, salty finish. A fascinating example and proof that top quality is also possible with nothing but reserve wines. Disgorged in November 2017 with a dosage of four grams per liter.
