The NV Brut Réserve Oubliée (2020 base) Réserve Oubliée is a selection of Cuvée de Réserve that spent an extra year on its lees and was aged on cork. The blend works very well in hiding some of the vegetal qualities of the base vintage while also adding a good deal of aromatic complexity. Apple tart, chamomile, dried flowers and ginger linger on the resonant, expressive close. Disgorged: October 2025. 05/2026

The NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Réserve Oubliée is a blend of the best reserve wines from three different vessels: concrete, stainless steel and a 45-hectoliter oak vat from Franz Stockinger in Austria. The "forgotten reserve" shows a complex bouquet with bright and elegant fruit intertwined with notes of nuts, mocha and a touch of smoked speck. Aged sous liège (under natural cork), this is a very pure, fresh, fine, highly complex and energetic Champagne with a long, salty finish. A fascinating example and proof that top quality is also possible with nothing but reserve wines. Disgorged in November 2017 with a dosage of four grams per liter.

The NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Reserve Oubliée Brut is based around the 2016 vintage in this release. A bright straw/silver color, it opens to a floral and fruity bouquet of white peach, jasmine, lime candies, chalky earth, and frangipane. This cuvée is predominantly raised in stainless steel, but the reserve wine is brought up in a combination of stainless steel, concrete tanks, and Stockinger barrels, adding a bit more depth that’s felt in the resulting wine. Medium to full-bodied, it takes on the concentration and texture of silky citrus oils, a refined mousse, and a rounded and elegant feel through the finish. It’s hard to resist now but it will reward those who wait. Drink 2026-2040. 12/2024

Lemons, pears, sweet pastries, oyster shells and pie crust on the nose of this beautifully balanced and complex Champagne. Creamy and rounded with salty-sweet pastry elements and wonderful continuity. Silky bubbles. This is a blend of reserve wines, with the youngest vintage 2019, bottled in 2021 and aged on the lees under cork. Disgorged November 2024. Drink now or hold. 07/2025
